A number of rooms at several area hotels have been set aside at a group rate for conference participants. We do our best to secure hotel reservations that are affordable and within close proximity to the conference venue. For all hotel reservations, it is best to call the hotel directly to secure the discounted rate. Rates listed below do not include tax.

Parking at NEVFC
Participants parking in the Doubletree Parking Garage can get validated parking inside the tradeshow for $8/day and $15 per vehicle for overnight guests. Please bring parking tickets in with you to be stamped at the registration desk.

Airport Connector
Manchester Transit Authority runs a route between Manchester Regional Airport and the Doubletree Downtown. Fares are $2 exact cash on the bus, or in advance through the MTA Mobile Ticketing App. Departures every hour, limited departures on weekends.

Don’t want to drive in Manchester? Take the Bus!
Free parking is available at the Concord Park and Ride (31 Stickney Ave, Concord, NH). From there you can hop on a $6 Greyhound bus and get dropped off at the DoubleTree. Bus departs Concord at 2:50 pm.
Family Room
We have a small meeting room set aside for nursing mothers and parents who need a private or quiet place during the conference. Please utilize the “Hale” room near the expo center during the conference if you need a private space with your family or nursing child.
